PERSONALIZATION AND EMBROIDERY TYPE STYLE:
We can personalize shirts, jackets. or towels with embroidered first or last names at a charge of $10.00 per garment. The use of both names or titles is priced at $6.00 per word. Monogramming of one to three initials in up to 3" letters also is available at $10.00 per item.

Our embroidery department offers several different type styles—contact our customer service department for information. All type styles are not available for cap embroidery—please contact customer service for details.

CONTRACT EMBROIDERY PRICING. Costs for embroidery are based on the number of stitches required to reproduce a design. In order to calculate the number of stitches, we measure the design to determine the number of square inches. We estimate that one square inch of embroidery contains 1.500 stitches. Due to fabric density. some designs will require additional under stitching. For a more accurate stitch estimate, submit the actual design to be reproduced. Please contact customer service or use our FAX service to expedite your quote. Embroidery production time is 15 working days.

STEP 1: Measure length x width of your design and round up to the next square inch.

STEP 2: Calculate stitches to determine tape charges by multiplying the square inches in your design by 1,500 stitches.

DISK CHARGES: Designs which require exact reproduction from camera-ready art will require a computer disk. Disk charges are based on the number of stitches in your design. Charges are $24.44(I) per each 1.000 stitches, with a minimum of $77.77 Customer- supplied embroidery disks should be digitized for either Barudan or Tajima and accompanied by a sew-out swatch and instruction sheet. A set-up charge of $26.66 will be incurred.
MAXIMUM EMBROIDERY SIZE: The maximum embtoidety area per design is 10', wide by 9 high. Certain items dictate specific limitations. Please contact your representative if you have any questions.
